Finally, iPhone 3G Comes to Indonesia via Telkomsel

The device you all Indonesian Mac junkies out there waiting has finally comes to Indonesia. Just read the news via @deon twitter updates. The new iPhone 3G can be bought via Telkomsel. The page on Apple’s website (pictured above) showed where you can buy the iPhone in Indonesia. According to Deon in his following update, you can pre-order the precious phone directly via Telkomsel, but apparently the server is now too busy. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the page didn’t loaded yet. So sorry I can’t tell you how much the price of the device nor the plan options. According to previous information, it is in the range of 8 -10 million rupiahs and 300k rupiah/month plan. I will updates soon as I got any information regarding to this. No surprises!

Do I have a plan to buying? I don’t think so. Not. In. Near. Time. It’s big consideration to change whole everything with the carrier, or regarding the pricey plan. Maybe later after digging something that makes work on the iPhone is worth :)

UPDATE: Deon said gaian there is no price yet. Customers who pre-order the device will be called upon the pruchases.
